Contact the Association

The Philippine Education Consulting Association (PECA) welcomes inquiries from Philippine language schools, international education institutions, media, government bodies, and Taiwanese agencies considering membership. Written correspondence goes through a single official mailbox.

Who Should Contact Us

PECA is an industry association, not an agency. It does not enroll students directly; student-facing services are delivered by certified member agencies. The Association itself handles institutional matters — the inquiries below reach the right desk.

Philippine language schools

Schools seeking representation in the Taiwan market through PECA's certified member agency network.

International education institutions

Organizations exploring cooperation on programs, fairs, or market research related to Taiwanese students.

Media & government bodies

Journalists, researchers, and public agencies seeking industry data, background, or an official position.

Prospective member agencies

Taiwan-based study-abroad agencies interested in joining the Association and passing its qualification review.

What to Include in a Partnership Inquiry

Member agencies conduct on-site inspections and review partner schools before any recommendation is made, so a complete first message shortens the evaluation considerably.

Our certification standards and the for-schools overview describe the full review process.

  1. 1

    School profile

A brief institutional overview: history, ownership, campus facilities, and the programs you offer (ESL, IELTS, TOEIC, Business English, family programs).

  2. 2

    Location

City and campus address. Most Taiwanese demand concentrates in Cebu, Baguio, and Clark, but the Association reviews schools in other locations as well.

  3. 3

    Capacity

Student capacity, current enrollment mix by nationality, dormitory and meal arrangements, and typical 1-on-1 class volume per student.

  4. 4

    Accreditation

Copies or evidence of SSP accreditation, TESDA registration, and your business permit. Member agencies verify all three before recommending a school.

What to Expect After Writing

The secretariat reviews every inquiry and routes institutional matters to the board of directors and supervisors where a decision is required. Partnership evaluations involve document review and, where appropriate, an on-site inspection by member agencies, so substantive answers take longer than an acknowledgment. If your matter is time-sensitive — a press deadline or an event date — say so in the subject line.
