The Philippine Education Consulting Association (PECA, "the Association") respects the privacy of every visitor to this website. This policy applies to pecataiwan.org only. It does not apply to external websites linked from this site, nor to the websites operated independently by PECA member agencies. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them before providing personal data there.

If you request a consultation, your contact information (name, phone number, email) may be shared with PECA-certified member agencies so they can respond to your inquiry. Member agencies remain subject to Association supervision in their handling of such referrals.

We may disclose personal data where required by law or by a competent government authority.

We also rely on third-party service providers to operate the site, including Google Analytics, cloud hosting, and email services. These providers process data only to the extent needed to deliver their services.
